The following scenarios are not covered under the Money Back Guarantee.

• The One-time Access Plan is not covered under the Money Back Guarantee.
• Suppose you have subscribed to two different purchases, one being one-time access and the other being either PRO or Enterprise plan. In that case, the one-time access plan is not refundable, and the other is refundable if you have not used any queries.
• The premium plan you have subscribed to at a discounted price or during the sale is not covered under the Money Back Guarantee.
• The Automatic Rebilling or Recurring charge is not covered under the Money Back Guarantee. At checkout, you are given the option to choose Automatic or Manual Rebill; if you choose Automatic Rebilling, you only get a recurring charge.
• In the case of the PRO or Enterprise plan, the Money Back Guarantee applies if you have used less than 5% of submissions. Once you use more than 5% of the allowed submissions, it is no longer covered under the guarantee.
